Quick Pay Payroll process flow (Like Off-Cycle Payroll in PeopleSoft)

1	Calculate QuickPay	The task calculates payroll run results for the person, based on the settings provided.
2	Verify Payroll Result	Payroll Person verify the run results on the View Person Process Results page and mark the Verify Payroll Results task complete.
3	Calculate QuickPay Prepayments	The task calculates payment distribution
4	View Prepayment Result	You verify the prepayment results in the Prepayment Results section of the View Person Process Results page, and then mark the verification task as complete.
5	Make a Payment External or  Internal	Internal payment process using Generate Direct Deposit Payments or Generate Cheque Payments then skip to the end of the flow and then run the payment process now or after processing multiple QuickPays for the same payment method.  External Payment Process: Select the Skip Flow action for the Make External Payment task to skip the rest of the tasks in the flow and mark the flow as complete. When you are ready, run the payment process, which will pick up unpaid payments from this QuickPay and any others that match the parameters you provide when you submit the process. If the payment is being made externally, you select the Make Payment action on the Make External Payments page and record information about the external payment, such as the cheque number and reason for generating the payment manually. The application marks the record as Paid so that it will not be included in the normal payment process.
6	Verification	You verify the payment results and mark the task as complete.
